Hardware
Break/ Fix Services: |
QUICK's
Hardware Break/Fix Services encompasses on-site remedial and preventive
maintenance repair services, which includes: |
·Diagnostics.
Remote diagnostics are available upon customer request. |
·Maintenance
Reports. QUICK's dispatch system generates a separate data entry for each
service call, which contains all pertinent data associated with that call.
A hardcopy site guide is available as a back-up. |
·Malfunction
Reports. We provide comprehensive and flexible call handling and report
system containing comprehensive Client Information and Call History. |
·Preventive
Maintenance. Preventative Maintenance services necessary to keep the equipment
in proper operating condition. |
·On-site
Repair and Maintenance. QUICK's approach to onsite Maintenance is to isolate,
repair and test equipment failures as expeditiously as possible. |
·Monthly
Meetings. Our designated Project Manager will hold meetings with you technical
representatives a minimum of once per month. |
·Spare
Parts. QUICK stocks a supply of spare parts to support our customers.

Response and restoration

site or provides on-site engineers, depending on the size of the installed
equipment base and service requirements. |
